Google sign-in is only for organizers and the organizing team. Competitors and other visitors can view event details, draws, and results without an account or sharing Google account information.
What we collect
When an organizer signs in, Google provides their name, email, profile picture, and account ID to verify access. The organizing team also stores school contacts, volunteer details, team information, and tournament scores. We do not access Google passwords, Gmail, Drive, or contacts.
How we use and share it
We use this information to run and secure the site and tournament. Supabase handles sign-in and data storage; Cloudflare hosts the site and processes technical request data. Authorized organizers access relevant records. Published team details, assignments, scores, and results are public. We do not sell personal information or use Google account data for advertising.
Cookies and retention
Sign-in cookies keep organizers logged in. We retain personal information as needed for site operations and recordkeeping; published results may stay in our archives.
Your choices
To ask a privacy question or request access, correction, or deletion of your information, contact us. Organizers can revoke Google access in their Google Account settings; this does not delete information already stored with us.
